New program aims to help cancer survivors live healthier lives

NCT ID NCT06191666

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether adding a nutrition program (BfedBwell) to an existing exercise program (BfitBwell) is practical and acceptable for cancer survivors. The 12-week program involved 20 survivors who had finished active cancer treatment but were overweight. Researchers measured if people could stick with the program and checked for early signs of health improvements like better weight and cholesterol.
