First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether structured nutrition counseling can improve diet quality and reduce harmful compounds called advanced glycation end products in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. About 48 first-time pregnant women, aged 18-35, will be assigned to either receive counseling or standard care. The goal is to see if better eating habits can help control blood sugar and improve outcomes for both mother and baby.
