Summary
This study tests whether a personalized nutrition plan can reduce heart disease risk in people with bipolar disorder. Participants will work with a dietitian in group and one-on-one sessions. The goal is to improve blood markers, weight, and overall heart health. The study is for adults aged 18–60 with bipolar disorder who are already on medication.
