Summary

This study tested whether extra nursing support could improve daily function, sleep, and emotional well-being in people on kidney dialysis. 220 adults in Egypt were split into two groups: one received structured nurse-led care, the other got standard dialysis care. Researchers checked their progress at 12 weeks and 6 months to see if the extra help made a difference.
