Nurses step up: new program aims to ease the daily struggle of dialysis
NCT ID NCT07454577
Summary
This study tested whether a special 12-week nursing program could help people on long-term dialysis. The program included gentle exercises during treatment, advice for better sleep, and emotional support. Researchers compared 220 patients who received this extra care to those who got standard dialysis treatment to see if it improved their ability to do daily activities, sleep quality, and mood.
