Nunchaku workout may unfreeze shoulders in new trial

Summary

This study tests whether nunchaku exercises can reduce pain and improve movement in middle-aged and older adults with frozen shoulder. Fifty participants will do either nunchaku or standard exercises for 12 weeks. Researchers will check shoulder function before, during, and after the program to see which approach works better.
