Summary

This is a first-in-human study testing a new personalized cell therapy called NT-175. It is for adults with advanced solid cancers (like lung, colorectal, or breast cancer) that have spread and have a specific genetic mutation (TP53 R175H). The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the therapy shows early signs of shrinking tumors.
