First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a nasal spray made from neural stem cell exosomes (tiny particles that carry cell messages) is safe for people with moderate-to-severe early-onset Alzheimer's. Nine adults aged 50-75 will receive the spray at different frequencies for 28 days. Researchers will monitor side effects and check if thinking skills improve.
