Summary
This study tests a Norwegian clinic designed to help people with common mental health issues (like anxiety or depression) or muscle/joint pain return to work. 2,500 participants will be split into three groups: one gets treatment quickly, one waits longer, and one gets a basic check-up. Researchers will track who goes back to work and how their health changes over time.
