Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug called NP137 to standard immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 blockers) can help shrink or control advanced solid tumors that are stable or resistant to treatment alone. About 57 adults with various advanced cancers will receive the combination. The goal is to see if more tumors respond or stop growing for at least 12 weeks.
