Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination of radiation and chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant can help patients with leukemia and related blood disorders. The treatment aims to better prepare the body to accept donor stem cells while reducing complications. Researchers are enrolling 75 patients to evaluate safety and effectiveness of this approach.
