First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new treatment called NouvSoma001 for people who have had an ischemic stroke within the past week. The treatment uses tiny particles from stem cells, given through a vein, to see if it is safe and might help the brain heal. About 69 adults aged 18 to 75 with moderate to severe stroke symptoms are taking part.
