First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looked at whether Nordic walking—walking with poles like ski poles—can help children with hemiparesis (weakness on one side) due to cerebral palsy walk more symmetrically. Forty children aged 6 to 10 took part. Researchers used video software to measure walking patterns before and after the activity.
