Walkers and sleep changes may ease back pain in veterans

Summary

This study tests a non-invasive program using a modified rolling walker and sleep position changes to relieve symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis in 20 older veterans. Participants will be monitored for pain relief and walking improvement over 6 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach works and identify any barriers to using it.
