Summary

This study tests whether people with mild diverticulitis can safely recover at home using only pain relievers instead of antibiotics. Researchers will compare hospital admission rates between two groups: one receiving antibiotics plus pain meds, and another receiving pain meds alone. Participants will be followed for 6 months to track complications and recovery.
