Summary
This early-stage study tests a new weekly injection, NNC0497-0040, for safety and how the body processes it. It includes healthy people, those with overweight or obesity, and people with type 1 diabetes who are also overweight. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 29 weeks to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
