Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called NKX019 for people with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), an autoimmune disease. NKX019 uses specially engineered immune cells to target and destroy faulty B cells that drive the disease. The main goal is to check safety and tolerability in up to 6 adults, while also looking for signs of clinical improvement.
