First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether natural killer (NK) cells from healthy donors can be safely injected directly into brain tumors in children and young adults whose tumors have returned or worsened. The goal is to find the best dose and check for side effects. About 24 participants will receive the treatment during surgery to place a small reservoir for repeated injections.
