First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment using natural killer (NK) cells, a type of immune cell, for adults with malignant brain tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The NK cells are grown in a lab and then given through a vein and directly into the brain. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects, with early signs of tumor shrinkage also being measured.
