Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new combination treatment for melanoma that has spread to the brain. Researchers are giving patients immune cells from a universal donor (called NK cells) along with a standard chemotherapy drug (temozolomide). The study aims to find the safest dose and see if this approach can shrink brain tumors in patients with advanced melanoma.
