Summary
This study tested the drug nivolumab in people with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) whose spinal fluid still showed signs of tumor DNA after their first round of chemotherapy. The goal was to see if nivolumab could safely prevent the cancer from returning. Fourteen participants received the drug as a maintenance treatment, and researchers tracked side effects and whether the tumor DNA became undetectable after one year.
