Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (pomalidomide, an anti-PD-1 antibody, and selinexor) in people whose primary central nervous system lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if this drug cocktail can shrink tumors and improve survival. About 43 adults aged 18-75 with confirmed disease will receive the treatment and be monitored for response and side effects.
