Summary
This study tests a new way to treat advanced Hodgkin lymphoma by combining the immunotherapy drug nivolumab with chemotherapy. Doctors use PET scans early in treatment to see how well it's working and adjust therapy accordingly. The goal is to improve outcomes while reducing side effects. About 30 adults aged 18 to 60 with newly diagnosed advanced Hodgkin lymphoma will take part.
