Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug nivolumab to radiation and another drug called bevacizumab can help people with a returning type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. The trial includes 39 adults whose tumors have a specific genetic marker (MGMT methylated) and have already received standard treatment. The goal is to see if this combination improves survival and controls the cancer longer.
