New drug duo shows promise against rare kidney cancers

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, nivolumab and cabozantinib, can shrink tumors in people with advanced or metastatic non-clear cell kidney cancer. About 60 adults who have had up to one prior treatment will receive the drug combination. The main goal is to see how many patients respond to treatment.
