Laughing gas tested to ease pain of bladder procedure
NCT ID NCT07387315
Summary
This study aims to see if a mix of nitrous oxide and oxygen gas (often called laughing gas) can help reduce pain during Botox injections into the bladder. Researchers will compare the gas to a placebo (sham mask) in about 96 women who are already scheduled to get the injections. The main goal is to find out if using the gas makes the overall procedure less painful.
