New online tool aims to help dementia caregivers sleep better

Summary

This study tests a web-based program called NiteCAPP to improve sleep in 100 rural dementia caregivers who have insomnia. Participants will use the program and report on their sleep, mood, and stress over 12 months. The goal is to see if the program helps caregivers sleep better and feel healthier without needing sleep medications.
