Summary
This early-stage study will give a single dose of nipocalimab to 8 healthy breastfeeding women and measure how much of the drug appears in their breast milk over 8 days. The goal is to understand the drug's transfer into breast milk, which is important for future safety recommendations. No treatment is being tested; it is purely a measurement study.
