Summary

This study watches how physical activity, sleep, and light exposure relate to mood in people with bipolar disorder, major depression, or migraines, as well as healthy volunteers. Over two years, participants wear activity trackers and light sensors, answer daily mood questions on their phone, and complete clinic visits. The goal is to better understand these connections, not to test any treatment.
