Summary

This study looks at why night shift workers have higher risks for heart disease and diabetes. Researchers will test if eating only during a set window each day (time-restricted eating) can improve blood pressure, insulin function, and blood vessel health. The study involves 50 adults who have worked night shifts for at least a year.
