Summary
This study looked at whether a toothpaste made from black seed (Nigella sativa) can lower signs of gum inflammation in 100 Indonesian soldiers with gingivitis. Researchers measured certain proteins in saliva that are linked to gum disease. The goal was to see if this toothpaste could help control gum inflammation.
