Short immunotherapy course before colon cancer surgery shows promise

Summary

This study is testing whether giving a short course of immunotherapy drugs before surgery can help treat early-stage colon cancer. About 353 adults with stage 1-3 colon cancer will receive the treatment for 6-12 weeks before their tumor is removed. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and improves long-term outcomes.
