Summary
This study follows 269 people with neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) for up to 10 years to learn how the disease progresses. Participants will have yearly exams, MRI scans, hearing tests, and blood draws. The goal is to understand tumor growth, hearing loss, and speech or swallowing problems better, but no new treatment is being tested.
