Summary
This study tests two 8-week online group programs designed to help teens (ages 12-17) with neurofibromatosis (NF1 or NF2) manage stress and symptoms. The goal is to see if the training improves emotional, social, and physical well-being. About 200 teens will take part via secure video sessions.
