Summary

This is a very early, first-in-human study to check if a new drug called Nezavist is safe and how it moves through the body. It involves 32 healthy adults who will receive either a single dose of the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to find the highest safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug, laying the groundwork for future studies in people with alcohol use disorder.
