First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at how well newer inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) drugs work in children whose previous treatment (anti-TNF) stopped working. About 1,100 kids with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis will answer questions about their symptoms and provide stool samples over time. The goal is to see if these newer medications are safe and effective for controlling the disease.
