NCT ID NCT07470723

Summary

This study aims to find babies born with a genetic condition that causes very high cholesterol, called familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). Researchers will work with expecting parents who have FH to test their newborns with cheek swabs and small blood samples. The goal is to identify affected infants early so families and doctors can plan for future heart-healthy care.
