Summary
This early-stage study tested a new weekly injection called NNC0519-0130 for people with obesity, with or without type 2 diabetes. Researchers wanted to see if the medicine was safe, how it moved through the body, and if it could help with weight loss and blood sugar control. The 82 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the actual medicine or a placebo (dummy injection) for about 8-9 months.
