Summary
This study tested a new breathing exercise device made in Turkey on 40 healthy adults aged 18-65. The device combines visual feedback and resistance training to improve lung function and breathing muscle strength. Participants used the device 5 days a week for 8 weeks, and their results were compared to a group using standard devices. The goal was to see if the new device works as well or better than existing options.
