Summary
This study tested a new breathing exercise device made in Turkey on 40 healthy adults. The device combines features of two existing tools to improve lung function and breathing muscle strength. Participants used the device 5 days a week for 8 weeks. The goal was to see if the new device works as well as standard training devices.
