Experimental triple therapy aims to fight tough cancers
NCT ID NCT06320405
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing whether combining three different cancer drugs is safe and effective for patients with advanced solid tumors that have spread or stopped responding to standard treatments. The three drugs work in different ways: one attacks cancer cells directly, one helps the immune system fight cancer, and one blocks a pathway tumors use to grow. Researchers will enroll about 38 adults to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or stop their growth.
