NCT ID NCT07070479
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This phase 2 trial tests four different drug combinations in 208 people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments, including immunotherapy. The goal is to see which combination best shrinks tumors and delays cancer growth. Participants will receive one of four regimens: ivonescimab alone, ivonescimab plus nimotuzumab, liposomal mitoxantrone plus an anti-PD-1 antibody, or liposomal irinotecan plus S-1.
