First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new combination of two drugs (MRG003 and pucotenlimab) works better than standard chemotherapy for people whose nasopharyngeal cancer has come back or spread. About 446 adults who have already tried at least one other treatment will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo can slow tumor growth and help people live longer.
