First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug SHR-1701 to standard chemoradiotherapy can completely eliminate tumors in people with advanced rectal cancer before they have surgery. About 48 adults aged 18-75 with a specific type of rectal cancer will receive the treatment over several cycles, followed by tumor removal. The main goal is to see if no cancer cells remain after treatment.
