First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study is testing whether measuring how well a pregnant woman's blood vessels work can help predict dangerous conditions like preeclampsia and high blood pressure. Researchers will use two non-invasive devices and blood/urine tests in 400 first-time mothers during early and mid-pregnancy. The goal is to find a better way to diagnose and forecast these disorders, which can harm both mother and baby.
