Summary

This study is testing a new, less invasive spine surgery for teenagers with a specific type of moderate to severe scoliosis (Lenke 1). The goal is to correct the spinal curve while causing less tissue damage, blood loss, and pain than traditional surgery. Researchers will enroll 20 teens to see if this approach is safe and effective at improving their spinal alignment and quality of life.
