New hope for young patients battling aggressive cancers
NCT ID NCT06709495
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called PEEL-224 combined with two existing cancer drugs to see if it can help control aggressive sarcomas that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. It will involve about 63 adolescents and young adults (ages 12-49) with specific types of sarcoma. The first part of the study focuses on finding a safe dose, while the second part will measure how well the combination shrinks tumors.
