Breakthrough ultrasound could spot pregnancy problems earlier
NCT ID NCT06861309
Summary
This study is testing two new types of ultrasound imaging to see if they can better assess the health of the placenta in pregnant women. Researchers will compare 60 women with healthy pregnancies to those whose babies are not growing as expected (fetal growth restriction). The goal is to see if these new imaging tools can spot problems earlier and more clearly than current standard ultrasounds.
