NCT ID NCT07370389
Summary
This study is testing if a pill called tulodesvenlafaxine can safely reduce the severe pain caused by shingles. It will involve 750 adults who have had a shingles rash for less than 90 days and are still in significant pain. The goal is to see if this medication, which works on brain chemicals, provides better pain relief than current treatments and might help prevent long-lasting nerve pain.
