Summary

This study is testing whether a new weekly injection called retatrutide is safe and effective for weight loss. It will involve about 250 adults who have obesity or are overweight but do not have type 2 diabetes. Participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo (a dummy shot with no medicine) for about 65 weeks to see how much weight they lose.
