Summary
This study tested a new injectable drug called NNC0487-0111 to see if it is safe and helps with weight loss in people with overweight or obesity. It involved 125 adults who received either the drug or a placebo (dummy) injection. The main goals were to check for side effects and measure how the drug works in the body and its effect on body weight.
