Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new oral medication called KTX-1001 for adults with advanced multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The study aims to find the safest and most effective dose and see if the drug helps control the cancer, either alone or combined with other therapies. It's specifically looking for patients who have already tried at least three prior treatments.
